If our packages aren't exactly what you're
looking for, Bubbles of Joy also offers balloons a la cart.
There is a minimum order of $19.99 for this service. If
ordering balloons to be delivered to a hospital, the following
restrictions apply: 1) No latex balloons, only mylar 2)
Limit of 4 mylar, no more 3) Balloons must be weighted (tied
to anything).
